I must honestly say I don't know who these people are, but I can tell you that there are ways to help locate them.

You can find them both for free by typing in some simple information. The database should have information on your son (school records and things like that, maybe pictures) or his father.
You can also go to local athorities, and ask for help on finding your son.

go to the police and hire yourself a lawyer. Get some kind of council on your side. And hire a PI.
