I've only been saying that for like the last 15 years!!! I think it may be the most annoying thing I've ever heard at a ballgame.
I have to agree with DanielZ that I hate that Idiotic "catchphrase" of the Yankees radio guy, too.

The chop is very annoying. And very tired, it has gone on FAR TOO LONG. I like to watch all baseball teams but it s hard to watch a game in Atlanta when that ridiculous (and racist) chant starts

I would have to say yes....even though I have never watched a braves game. Everything the braves (just like the yankees) do is annoying (well, with the exception of this year...being so far DOWN, as they cant get up!).

The chop was cool when it was at..............FSU. HAve you ever sat in CF at a Giants game? Annoying. Wanna be Yankee fans. Also, the Angel fans are annoying. The Rally Monkey? EFF the rally monkey. If it weren't for that stupid pitching change by Dusty, the rally monkey would have died a great death.

Absolutely not. Anything having to do with the Mets, Yankees, Cardinals, or Red Sox is far more annoying! Go Braves!

Given that everytime you see a baseball game you have to listen to Wild Thing and "Good Vibrations" by Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch, having to listen to the chop is just par for the course.
