I've finished the game with almost all Expert scores!
One HUGE and important to making big cash is the check and dishes!

I dont think you have your podium yet so wait for a few customers in line.Then seat customers. BTW: While your wating for a group or 2, grab a happiness drink. Oh wait a minute, I dont think you have that yet, anyway, I put dinner services into sessions for large combos. If you get lucky(I have'nt played this level for a while) you get 2 groups of Bookworms then a faster person! Take orders in groups or at the same time! People at the line may get impatient, so seat a separate session. This will get crazy. After eating is through, wait untill all groups in session A are done. Click on all the tables to collect checks. This is where a large amount of money can be earned. Wait for Ses. B to finish, then set a big Sesion! Around 2000$ can be earned on just, tip, dishes, and check.
