U're trying 2 download a song that has a license attached 2 it.I do it all the time

DON'T DO IT, I'M WARNING YOU. DELETE LIMEWIRE NOW! At least NEVER download "Park Life" by Blur. It took me about 3 full days to remove all the spyware it gave me, using 3 different anti-spyware programs and doing some manually. If you really want to take your chances and try to download a song, see if there are a lot of people who actually are sharing the file at that moment, and it'll go faster. Please take my advice, though.

It maybe for two reasons:
1.You're using limewire pro, a paid version
2.You have spyware in your computer

your computer probably has spyware on it and is everytime you try to download something it pops up because that is what is wired into your computer. you need something to get rid of it.

There are viruses there, just download sth else!

Don't use it. That **** gives you viruses and will destroy your computer.
