Depends on what breed of cow you're looking at. Also depends on its bloodlines, temperament, and conformation. A GOOD cow could cost anywhere from $1,000 to $5,000. A bucking bull could cost you well into the tens of thousands, if you're looking at a rank one. Cattle bred for slaughter, you could probably get a smaller one for about $600, because you're basically buying them by the pound.

Well, to buy a cow it depends if it is registered and what breed and that kind of stuff.most cows cost anywhere between $1000 and anywhere up to $3,000 .if you get in to showing them they can cost A LOT!!!!hope this helps you
