Who are Punisher's arch enemies?

The Punisher has fought virtually about every known criminal organization, as well as fictional ones, including the Italian Mafia, the Russian Mafia, the Japanese Yakuza, the Colombian and Mexican drug cartels, the Chinese Triads, Jamaican Yardies, the Irish Mob, biker gangs, street gangs, gunrunning militias, Middle Eastern terrorists, religious fundamentalists of all types, muggers, killers, rapists, psychopaths, sadists, pedophiles, and corrupt cops. The Punisher also assaults such criminal business enterprises as money laundering and human trafficking. The Punisher has been fighting organized crime for long enough that he knows their modus operandi and can often predict their actions. Many of these organizations have tried to kill the Punisher, using both their own men and hired contract killers.

Beyond that, the only people that are notable and still around after battling him are the Kingpin, Jigsaw (badly messed up), and Daredevil (who hates his methods and fights him constantly). Because he kills almost everyone he goes after, Marvel has never been successful at creating a true arch nemesis for him. As it is, the books with the highest collector value with the Punisher are other characters books that he appears in. His own series has continuosly failed to take off and merit collectibility. The Punisher has no real arch enemy, cause pretty much anyone that pisses him off at that moment is his Arch Enemy for that moment till he kills them and the one's who manage to escape well, this is an all ages site so I will keep it clean. Besides are you talking Punisher of old or after he received his Angelic Powers cause after he received them Azriel became a mortal enemy for a bit.

And considering what Garth Ennis's run did to 'em, Daredevil, Spidey, Wolvie & the Hulk all would like five minutes alone with him.**

He was ambushed by daredevil during a sniper run, subdued him, and set him up so that upon awakening was tied down, gun in hand, pointed at the Punisher, and told "the only way to stop me is by making the same decision I do every night".

He used Spiderman as a shock absorber against "The Russian"
When spidey woozily asks later "What Happened?" he replies "We had a Team-Up"

He soaked wolvie in gasoline, set him on fire, blew his face off with a shotgun, allowed midgets to chainsaw into wolvies legs until they hit the adamantium skeleton, hit him where it hurts with an aluminum baseball bat, and parked a steamroller on him up to his claws.

He made the Hulk REALLY mad, after spoon-feeding him C4, and then introduced all of the above and left.

Dude really doesn't have that many. He plain kills 'em all. The closest is Jigsaw, and we don't see him too much.

However, Punisher's best fights are with heroes like Daredevil, Spider-Man, and Wolverine (or as he calls them, the confederacy of dunces).
