I tried and I got an error. The problem is not with your process trying to download the file, it is with the website you are visiting. There is a link to report bad links. I'd suggest you use it to report the error with their website. Later you may be able to do it after they fix the problem.
Generally, you Right Click and then choose Save Target as and then choose the folder and put in a file name and away you go!
I noticed it was an Mp3 file you desired. Have you considered a peer to peer program to get mp3's? I like bearshare. You can get a version that doesn't put pop-ups on your computer. See the link below if you are interested.
