At first, I thought the 12 listed were fake, but then I remembered how absurd the medical profession can be, so... I think they are TRUE!

i review medical records for a living. the list you've provided here is kind of a mess.
tons of spelling errors, for one...
some of it sounds like the way a physician or nurse would write, but some of it sounds ridiculous. can you explain where you got it? then maybe i could give you a better answer...
