Well, I do not have children, and I don't know how old the baby is... but bad things can happen to children in a very short period of time, and so, if I needed a shower, I might bring the baby into the same room i am in when taking a shower, that way I can keep an eye on him/her and know for certain they are safe!

Bring the baby in the bathroom with you. Or if the baby is a little older and there is a chance of fishing in the toilet, bring the highchair to the bathroom door and put the baby in the highchair. You can leave the bathroom door open and keep your eye on the baby. If not the highchair, how bout the exersaucer, or the vibrating chair or the swing or something like that. I'm sure Jesus will keep his eye on him as well.
Jesusfreak....this is for you....come on, relax, nobody was mocking Jesus. Are you saying that Jesus wouldn't watch over her baby???? You are taking this waaaaayyyyy to far!

I would put the baby in a baby carrier thing that sits on the floor. Then just take the baby into the bathroom with you. You can strap the baby into that and know he is safe. You can peek out of the shower and watch him and also listen to him. Leave the baby in that also while you are drying off and drying your hair, etc. That's what I'd do.

If it is a small baby, you can put him/her in a safe place, like the crib while you take a quick shower. Doctors have said that babies with colic that cry constantly you can leave in the crib, walk outside- not far and get some relief and come back. Seems like it would be okay to be in the shower.

If he's in a crib with nothing to suffocate on, choke on, or hurt himself with. No baby requires 24 hour attention every second. But just constant attention in short periods. Don't take a full shower. Keep him in eyes view and peek out every so often. Don't get too wrapped up. Keep an eye out.

if it is just a minute say a prayer, to keep your baby safe. But if you are going for a shower longer than a minute I suggest you take him in the bathroom with you.

oh, He will watch over your kid... the bad thing is that He's in heaven, a place too far away to react quickly if something bad happens... You better find the way to take your kid in the bathroom while you take your shower, or wait for someone more earthly to keep an eye on him

Tell ya what, sit there for 1 hour, ask Jesus to change the diaper feed and burp the baby, and when that all happens please by all means take your shower. If not go without.
