Hmmmm... this one could have many causes. By "fouling" do you mean the plugs are oily, carbon fouled, or are they fouled with raw gas? This could be anything from fouled injectors to a major internal problem. I guess I'd need more info. My advice... take it to a mechanic you trust and see what they have to say.

are the plugs oil fouled?if so could be intake gasket proble,sucking in oil from engine.

It is quite possible that your valve seals on that side of the engine are leaking profusely. Get them all changed out.
