God, you're ignorant.
It's almost sad, really. Almost. I'm not sad for you, though, I could honestly care less. I'm sad cuz you'll be voting.
Kerry was NOT a flip-flopper, that "swift boat" bullshit is Grade A fascist propaganda. Notice that the proof was in some eyewitness accounts ("He was registered as present, but I didn't see him there!") It's pretty interesting cuz Bush's whole campaign-for-oil in the Middle East has been one flip-flop after another.
"We're in Iraq for WMD's"....4 months later "We're in Iraq to liberate the Iraqi people"
as far as flip-flops go, I'd have to say the biggest is the whole Conservative "I am a good Christian" schtick.
Doesn't the Bible preach against killing, greed, and avarice?
It seems that a war-for-economic-gain (Halliburton has 90% of the rebuilding contract...and Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton) policy is pretty hypocritical when it comes to being a "good christian.
But the LARGEST flip-flop of all has to be the fundamental change of the Republican Party from the LIBERAL anti-slavery "Free soil Party" of it's youth with Abraham Lincoln to the Conservative Money Pit it is today.
remember, in the beginning, the Republicans were the LIBERALS!! I wonder what went wrong?

Why limit the flip floppers to liberals? A lot of politicians do it. Of politicians in general, Strom Thurmond came to mind. He became a Republican when Democrats became anti-segregation. And although he was outspokenly for segregation, he had no problem integrating himself earlier in life with his African American maid and having an illegitimate child with her. There was also Jesse Helms and Trent Lott.

That would be Nixon, who wanted to be a Democrat. He ran for President on a get-out-of-vietnam platform with what he called a "secret plan" --- and then more service people died after he was elected than before. His secret plan was to invade Cambodia and shoot innocent students in the back. Now that's FLIP-FLOPPING. (And I hope he's still flip-flopping.)

The Republicans blocked the Democrats' customer-First potential bill. The Democrats favor a filibuster-evidence majority interior the Senate to get something valuable finished. So, no, her position has not replaced.

I'd have to say Herbert Hoover did the world's biggest flip flop. And yes, he was a conservative republican.
Of course I was also partial to Rush Limbaugh's bash the ACLU at every turn/beg the ACLU to save his lard ***.
