If caught in time, Defend & Resist Complex (natural product) works for me but getting your immune system built up is really the best long term solution.

There is not a cure for the common cold. You can only build up your resistance (become healthier)as to how bad you will get it.
Just getting the sniffles doesn't mean that you are catching a cold. You could be allergic to something also.
I have heard that Vitamin C and Echinacea are the best for this.
"Echinacea is a popular herb used primarily to reduce the symptoms and duration of colds and flu-like illnesses. It is believed to work through short-term stimulation of the immune system. The herb has not been proven to be effective for preventing disease and is not recommended for long-term use."

I take Zycam it works wonders. I also use Dimatap to help unstuff my nose. But it cut my colds way down. Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon.

i have used ziacam before as well and it does work if you use it as directed. Dont use it every time you get sick though, it will become usless and you will get sick waaaay more since you are not building up immunity.
