If anyone has done it, they've never told anyone.
I read a Q&A with an astronaut in a magazine where the interviewer asked that question. He said no one had done it so far as he knew. He added that space vehicles and space stations are very cramped places with little or no privacy. In 1992 a married couple did go up on a space shuttle, though, and people have asked about that.
