Plus I think they should do something about letting too many
young people on the net because of this reason that why I limit my two son computer time and block off some website like yahoo ,etc Parent need to use some responisbility when it come to their children

Report him to Yahoo! Answers, and tell an adult in your life. My guess is he was attempting to be a smarta$$, but it never hurts to be more safe than sorry. If he thought he was being funny, he wasn't. Reporting him to the server will also allow them to handle the next actions as well as (besides posting this question) further documenting his inappropriateness.
