i want to know wat the relationship between virtual cd and installing visual studio.net .another thing any one has asite 4 the installing & its deatils plz send the url .and another thing is so important i dont have the sources of visual studio.net or virtual cd but i download virtual cd from the net & iwant to do the same with the vs.net is it right thing or i must buy their cds plzzz send me & thnx so much.

A 90 day trial version of Visual Studio .Net you can download from Microsoft. Just go to Microsoft and then look for download. You will be asked to register, but it's free.

I would suggest subscribing to the Microsoft Developer program. You'll receive a copy of Visual Studio as part of the MSDN pack. Otherwise, see this page for pricing information about the various flavors of Visual Studio.NET:

If you need a cheaper alternative, Microsoft offers a lite version of Visual Studio called Visual C# Express. It does not have all of the features that the full version has, and some third-party components might not work with it. It is available for free download at:
