All companies differ in price somewhat. call around and get a free quote. Also with shingles you must be careful when using a pressure washer, too high of a psi can cause major damage, torn off shingles, leaks, etc.
Be sure to see what the companies offer as a guarantee, insurance, and workers comp., in case a worker fall off your roof, you are not held liable. If your brave & young enough to do it yourself, just use bleach in a garden sprayer, let sit for a bit and then rinse off with hose.

DON'T pressure wash your shingled roof - you might get rid of your mold with a pressure wash, but you will be replacing your roof sooner than needed. Check with you local Ace Hardware - those guys know everything and how to do it best - they will tell you to stay away from the pressure washer, too - and they can recommend the correct treatment/product. If nothing else, a 50/50 mix of bleach & water kills mold.

Depending on the age of the roof you my not want to worry about because you might do more damage then good in means of leakes. And a new roof isent cheep.
You never use a presure washer on a shingle roof.
If the roof isent that old your best chemical would be tsp from your locale hardware store, and a soft brissle brush DO NOT USE A HARD BRISSLE BRUSH. be very careful while doing this because the more granuales or stones that you pull out of the shingle the sooner that shingle will need to be replaced.

Use big plastic long handled scrub brushes and a bucket of TSP (tri sodium phosphate) detergent and bleach to kill the mold. If you can stand on the roof (it's never a safe place, especially when it's wet), scrub by hand and rinse with a regular garden hose. Power washers are very hard on composition roofing and I would avoid that if I were you. You may even have to rig up a "roller pole" type scrub brush (use the duct tape!) that will reach farther from the ladder if you can't stay on the roof. I've cleaned big metal roofs with semi washing brushes on 16' roller poles from the ladder and a couple of helpers tied to the top with shorter poles and brushes and a garden hose for rinsing, it's not easy but it works. Tin is slicker than ice when it's wet by the way!

The cure is worse than the disease. Pressure washing can only damage your roof. Maybe a chemical solution, but I'd live with it if I were you.
