Why do you bother to ask such a question? Did any other team play better matches? No. So yes, Italy deserved to win. I did not like only the way they played in the final but France could not score either. Besides, Italy scored a second goal and it was unjustly given offside by the referee. How can they not deserve it?

Yes i do think italy deserved to win the world cup. They played great! It was France's own fault that they didn't shoot correctly in penalty kick shootout! But by judging by your question i think that you are supporting France. So no offense...

No, of course not. France deserved to win...or Germany. but this time Italy was luckier. If it wasn't for Trezegues' missed penalty kick, they wouldn't have won. But now...that' it...they are the champions...Good for them!
