That came out last year and that's not technically new. The movie's called Prime and it stars Uma Thurman and Meryl Streep. Have no idea who the son is. The movie is basically about a midlife crisised 40 year old woman who dates a younger man, who, as you said, happens to be the son of the woman's psychiatrist. Never seen it, but I heard it was no good.
