When the stick changes color, that's the most reliable way.
Also some women experience minor cramping in the lower abdomen, sort of like mild menstrual cramps except they don't go away and you don't get your period. I got those with the last one the day AFTER I got pregnant! (dont' remember it being that early with the others). It's caused by the ligaments stretching out.
Also some women's breasts get sore and start to grow.

Take a pregnancy test! It's the only sure fire answer. Mnay different symptoms can be, tired, breast soreness, tingly, needle type soreness, achy, then of course, the vomiting, the missed period. There are many symptoms to pregnancy that can also be pms or the flu, it just depends on your body. The only way you'll know for sure is to take a test, then see your doctor.

Take a home pregnancy test. Some pregnancy symptoms could be sore breasts, nausea, fatigue, missed period, sensitivity to smells. The only way to know for sure is to take a home test and go to the doctor to confirm.

If you have stopped having your cycle and have been regular that is usually a pretty good sign. I do not understand why no doctor yet, they have tests that can tell very early. Good Luck You may be one of the lucky ones and not get sick

Either by a pregnancy test or if your period is late. But if you believe you are, I would go to the doctor and find out for sure.

Other than taking a home test, some women "just know." When I was pregnant with my first child, I knew something wasn't right with my body. I just felt weird but couldn't really explain it.
