It'll be stalling, different smell, lose power, burn more gas, and sound different. Sometimes you can actually see the catalyst peices coming out of the exhaust Eventually it'll damage something, either in the exhaust or in the engine. The best thing to do is to get your car analysed and fix the problem as soon as you can. Best of luck to you.

it will start to run a little warmer tmp it will smell really bad in the rear of the car when you go fast lose power and gas mileage
