How can I block an incoming call to my cellphone?

I have T-Mobile and it's a Samsung phone can anyone help me?Ther is only one number I want to block and I don't whant to change my number for that one person.

Check with your server - I don't know how you can block cell phone calls or if you can. I've got call screen on my home phone, but I haven't tried to get it on my cell phone.

You may consider to buy SONY ERICSSON models which has a feature to BLOCK numbers!

I don't think that is possible. U can block outgoing but not incoming. I TRIED.
