The fastest? Probably selling drugs or prostitution. But these things are highly illegal and if you get caught your entire life could be ruined.
If you want to make money, the very best way is to find a job and work as hard as you can. If you work hard, employers will pay you more, and if they don't pay you more, you will have a good reference for a new job. If you are creative, you can try being an entrepreneur and starting a small business, or marketing an idea.
If there were an easy way to get rich quick, everyone would be rich. Those who work hard and are smart about their life decisions end up making the most progress in the long run.
If you haven't, you should go to college. A college education is extremely important to getting a good job. If you are worried about affording it, there is lots and lots of help available, and you can always take out loans. Just because you don't come from a rich background doesn't mean you can't work your way up.

Your chances of getting rich with $200 is low. It's not enough capital for a business, or any other investment with a return of RICH. Take a reputable investing class, or learn how to develop a solid business plan. Money education is the key.

Save up more money and when you get a couple thousand, open up a CD at your bank. This will lock your money away for safe keeping all the while collecting interest. You make money just by leaving your earnings in the bank. The only thing is that you can't spend this money until the time limit on keeping it in there is up.

bet on Tiger woods to finish in the top 5 at the british.
that will get you to about 1000.
out of that out the 200 away and bet about 500 on Phil Mickelson in the PGA ant Medinah , that will get you about 5 grand.
now you have 5500, do you call it rich ??

fold it and keep looking at it for the next one hour. Within 60 mins it would be 400$. Then you can continue the same procedure & you would be rich in no time (I mean after sometime).

stock market, lottery, or casino would be the fastest way...but it is also the fastest way to lose ur money as well
