does anybody know a good place to get professional dancing classes?

I'm afraid not; I prefer cossack dancing...used to take lessons for it in the Russian Federation when I was younger in fact.
Don't mistake it though; ballroom dancing is pretty fun...I just don't know where to go for professional lessons.
If only you had asked about cossack dancing...ha ha.

I don't know where but i think you should do it i'm going to do dance when i start school so you should. Good Luck.
