I don't know why your were asking about the 9th Circuit federal appeals courts either, but I agree that randomguy is kind of an idiot. Certainly he acts like a jerk. And he's weak in understanding the meaning of words, such as "idiot," which implies an inability to understand things, rather than a lack of knowlege about a court system.

Okay, a couple of things...

You can't call someone an idiot when your whole post is a long, run-on sentence, with countless spelling and grammar errors. You just lose credibility.

That being said, what you wrote makes no sense. You got hit by a car while jaywalking, and the driver of the car wants to sue you? How much damage could your body have caused to his car?

So you want to sue him. Fine. But you posted questions asking about the 9th circuit and the 12th circuit (which does not even exist). This is not a matter for the federal courts, and even the most cursory bit of research would show you that.

So here's the difference between us. You asked questions that either made no sense or were about things that don't actually exist. In the process, you spelled almost no words correctly, and showed not even an elementary mastery of the English language. On the other hand, I not only provided accurate and relevant information about what I assumed you were asking about, I did so in a way that didn't make me look like a 5 year old.

That's all. There is nothing more to say. So please don't respond. The only reason I responded is because you called me an idiot, with no basis to support such a claim. And I felt compelled to defend myself...

Check your state laws, in the 1990s a lot of states made laws requiring drivers to avoid hitting pedestrians even if jaywalkers.
I would go for draw this is not a civilized attorney but a blood sucking lawyer. Good luck!

If the guy that hit you was an attorney, he most likely knows the laws very well and wouldn't be suing you for damages if he didn't know he would win.

talk to an attorney, most have free consultations, and sue him for hitting you, and medical bills. The attorney will work for a percentage of your settlement. Good luck.
