why is that racist question seem to not get removed but sexual questions do?

Report that person enough times (every question/answer that you find offensive) and they will suspend the person. Try it. it works.

Probably because a lot of racial epithets do not make sense to young viewers, but even the youngest usually know the name of body parts and should not be exposed to perverted questions.
