If you really feel uncomfortable with it, you should tell him. If he respects you at all, then he would understand. After all, it's your body and not his. Personally, I wouldn't do it because it'd widen your anus...and it wasn't made for a penis to fit in there in the first place! But if you must, try using lube or something. Good luck!

Is he bisexual or homosexual? If yes, and you want a long-term relationship, he probably isn't the guy for you. Anal sex is unhealthy for both of you.

you can ease your way into it just a little at a time if your serious about pleasing him. or you can tell him no its your choice and you never have to do anything you don't want to do and if he truly cares for you he will respect your decision if he doesn't hes not worth, move on and find someone who cares about you.
