Raw vegetables are the best. Munch on carrot sticks, things like aubergine are very good and avocado are good for the skin, but try to have all your veggies raw, they hold a lot more vitamins raw.
However, the best thing you can do for skin is drink plenty water. Spots are caused by toxins and drinking 2 litres of water a day flushes out toxins from the body. Foods like brocolli (steamed) and anything dark green like spring cabbage, seaweed, and brocolli have excellent detoxing properties, so get plenty of them too. You are right to start from the inside!! product will no work on your skin unless you have the right diet. Well done!

Vegetables and fruit. If you are having a real problem, go to your doctor and ask for Retina A cream. Your insurance should cover it. You will turn a bit red for a couple of weeks, but the results are very much worth it!
Also - remember to use an anti-bacterial cleaner on your face and an oil-free moisturizer.

Eating certain foods isn't going to clear up your skin. Proper cleansing of your skin and taking care of it is what's going to clear up your skin.
