been ttc for 1.5 years no luck i have very irregular periods, last week had one day of spotting so little i could only see on paper then nothing at all this is very unusual for me i am usualy very heavie from day one i have also been feeling a little sleepy constipation, the smell of ciggaret is unbarable also trash and cat litter and i wake up with am unsetting stomach last week i took a test and it was neg i want to wait 3 more weeks for a good answer. could i be pregnant what are the chances with irregular periods? it has been 1.5 years with nothing and this is very out of the ordinary for me. thanks

Well I have been with the same guy for 7 years and I just got pregnant. I was told I would never be able to concieve. I am 29 weeks now! My periods were very irregular. Sometimes I would go 6 months without having a period. My last period I had just kinda popped up. It was just a little spotty. Nothing like my normal HEAVY period. And I was very naseous. Things all smelled different and tasted different. So I would say yeah you may be. Good luck. It is easier to find out if you go to the e.r. and they do a urine or blood test. I took a home test and it came back negative. I was only 2 weeks along when they told me. Good Luck

I am just like you...I have had irregular periods since I starting getting periods. In January 2004 I had spotting and a few days later I was suppose to get my period...I never did..it turnded out I was pregnant. And I too had taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I found out when I went to see a doctor and they did another test that was more sensetive at detecting the pregnancy hormone. Or you can go to the doctor and they can do a blood test. With the blood test you can get a more accurate answer.

i know these place you could go get a pregnancy test done at and if you are pregnant they will give you free stuff for the baby and you.its called"the pregnancy center"its on 716 N westwood.so just walk right in and you will have to sign one piece of paper just 6 or 7 questions.i had the same problem as you did then one day i got sick and i missed my period for a month in a half so i went there.i thought i couldnt get pregnant but i did.im about 7 or 8 weeks now.

Yes u could be i would go to the doctor and get check and get a test cuz w/u havin an irregular periods the home pregnantcy test may not pick it up

there is always the possibility i had irregular periods and i have 2 kids i would have 4 kids but i had 2 misscariges
but i was 18 whe i actuly was trying to have a baby with my feonsay well now my husband and im 21 now and i have 2 boys and hopefuly another one on the way

Sometimes it is too soon to tell with the pregnancy test. I waited about 6 weeks before I took a pregnancy test. The longer, the better.

Try not to second guess yourself, or stess about what ifs.
Yes some mothers to be do feel sick around certan smells whilst pregnant.
But dont get your hopes up until the doc confirms your it
Try not to think about it untill you take the second test, Stress wont help you if you are pregnant.

Sounds like your pregnant to me. Go get an EPT or to the doctor for the blood test.
