Don't shave your armpit with a razor cos it will result in razor bumps and boils that will blacken when they heal. Use a depilatory cream like Veet. Apply a skin whitening cream like skin success or clear essence before using your roll on deodorant. Results should be noticable in 6 weeks

No sun. Most people don't get sun in their armpits, and even if they lay on the beach with their arms up, if they're wearing deoderant or anything, it would block the suns UV rays. It's also a much more sensitive skin, so the pigments aren't as dark as on tougher skin like our arms. Or maybe they've just gotten so much sun on the rest of their body that it makes their armpits appear whiter than they really are.

Because they don't get as much sun as the rest of your skin. Or maybe you are wearing a lot of deodorant and it turns them white. Not sure what you are really asking.

They've got less melanin in, that's the stuff in your skin that makes it brown in the sun (freckles are little concentrated spots of melanin) so they don't go brown like the arms and shoulders etc.

if you're asking to whiten them, there are deodorants that do that or you can use a whitening soap
