Think about how many thousands of autographs the celebrity is asked for and how much it would cost them to send them out. They're giving you the autograph and perhaps a photo you should have no problem at least paying the postage.

It would help. Snoop Dogg probably has 37 cents lying around to cover the cost of the postage, but having it there already makes it easier.

They probably have the $ but it's always better to make it easier on them

Realize however, that on most mail requests, it's usually their assistant who has learned to sign like the real celeb, or it's just a stamp. To make sure it's authentic, get it in person.

Yeah, cause they are too poor to buy a stamp themselves, lol. You'll be lucky to get a reply in the first place if it's anyone who has ever been in a 'A' movie. You might get a response from Beaver Cleaver if you are lucky.
