First of all how old is the shower pan? Is it made of tile? Call a tile contractor. It is going to be expensive. There is no quick fix. If you can't afford it. Do not use it because if water is getting behind the wall. The more you use it the more repairs that will have to be done. It is call dryrought and termites just thrive on wet moist wood.
