If a cat would drink whiskey that occurred in nature, then I wouldn't worry about it. Since whiskey doesn't process itself in nature, I would not give it to a cat.

A cat is maybe 1/10th of the size of an average human, so it would take far less alcohol to affect a cat. To give it a substance that can harm them or kill them is cruel. A drunken pet isn't a laughing matter.

Depends how much Frisky is drinking. If it gets out of hand they have something called KAA or Kitty Alchoholic Anonymous.

Does Mr. Frisky get violent when he drinks? You still have both eyes and all fingers? If he doesn't get violent then all is well.

Do not give Mr. Frisky whiskey. You could kill him. This is animal abuse and a felony in most states. Give him cat nip, or just put him in a room where no one is and shut the door, but stop giving the poor animal whiskey for goodness sake.

I would check with a vet (although I wouldn't admit to giving a cat alcohol). Just because humans can take something doesn't mean a pet can. Chocolate can be fatal to dogs for example.

I would ask a vet about the amounts and usage. I don't see any prombem with giving a cat a small amount a whisky.

Might try cat nip instead. The liver is very delicate in all species, humans included.
