high noon is the time the sun is strongest. high noon is the time of day the sun reaches its apex (highest point, look you have a new word of the day!!!) in the sky. so i'd actualy say go for an hour each way and you'll be ready for the cancer ward when your 65!!! SOUNDS LIKE FUN!!!!!!!! lol
