First off...you need to take some of those E-Heros out of the deck. Bubbleman and Burstinatrix would be good. Replace them with King of The Swamp. He's a fusion substitute and will help you out of many tight situations. Take out Winged Kuriboh + LV.10 and put in 2 more Wildhearts. The Ancient Lamp is pretty good but I'd put it in the sidedeck and put Tsukuyomi in its place. The D-Heros need their own deck. Take them out and add extra Clayman, Sparkman, and Avian to the deck.

Spells...Clock Tower Prison needs to be replaced by Skyscraper. Book of Moon is really good for a situation where you need to stall for a turn. Miracle Fusion is needed bad. You can discard King of the Swamp to get a Poly and then Miracle Fusion him and an E-Hero for a fusion. At the very least get a few Fissures to put in. Smashing Ground would be better but they're hard to get and are expensive to buy(its an $11 commmon...). Reinforcement of the Army and The Warrior Returning Alive go extremely well with this deck. E-Emergency Call goes even better.

Traps...you have too many traps. Torrential Tribute, Mirror Force, Call of the Haunted, and Sakeretsu Armor x2 is the max traps you should have in any given deck except Burn. Call of the Haunted is bad in E-Hero decks though. So sub in Hero Signal.

Fusions...you have a very good start. Just get doubles of what you have. Just review all the other E-Hero fusions and add the ones that fit how your deck plays.

Note: I tried to keep my fixes with a budget in mind. Alot of the cards I mentioned are commons and are reasonably easy to obtain.
