Use the spray and one of the lint free cloths made for eyeglasses. They can be found near the pharmacy of most stores like Wal Mart or KMart. Or if you wear glasses, stop by your eye doctor and ask them for the spray and cloth. My generally gives me a new set at each check up and tells me to just let them know if I run out or need another. Unlike most spray cleaners, the little bottles of eyeglass cleaner have a very fine mist that doesn't drip or run and it only takes a small amount to be effective.
