No. This document is typically kept on file at the trust attorney's office and one copy is sent with the individual. It is not something that has to be circulated to a friend or relative.

Until the person who is established the trust dies, no one else is entitled to a copy of the living trust UNLESS the person WANTS to give a copy of the living trust to them.
