Introduction of the idea of "stare decisis" of English Common Law, or "to stand on the decided case." Many countries around the world today still inherit this idea. It is also a requirement to learn about the Common Law if you study law in college.

Well, I can see how the royalty of Europe would have viewed the Magna Carta as evidence of "mob rule" since it is, after all, the foundational document paving the way for the end of the monarchy and for all modern democracies.

They used the "village elder" system and the other villagers knew for their survival, to respect the decisions of these elders. They also had the first "government building" a central house used mainly for meetings.
