My clitoris is extra sensative when wiping and cannot be touched when masturbating. I can only work around it. Is this normal and if not what could cause this?

If it is a stinging sensation, you should probably check with a doctor to make sure you don't have a UTI or an STD. If it is just general soreness and sensitivity, you are one among many women. There is an extremely high concentration of nerve endings in the clitoris which, for many women, produces pleasure. However, in others these nerves can cause a more painful sensitivity simply because there are so many and they fire so rapidly. Many women experience this after orgasm or after several minutes of clitoral contact -- if the clitoris becomes too stimulated, any sensations can become painful.
To be safe, it is probably wise to speak with your ob-gyn just to make sure you don't have any underlying health conditions. If you're all clear, there are desensitizing gels you can buy that you may find helpful. Also icing the area before and after stimulation can help ease or prevent any pain -- and an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen or aspirin can help as well.

It is one of the most sensitive parts of your body but one which can give enormous pleasure. Many women cannot stand the amount of pleasure as it is too intense. If yours hurts, rather than causing those intense sensations, then you may have an infection. Don't forget that the entrance to your bladder is not actually near your clitoris so wipe farther down. You may have a little inflammation. Has it always been like that or is it recent? Check with your doctor if you are worried.

I had that too a few days ago and I sometimes have yeast infections (there was no itching or discharge this time) so I took a treatment for that and everything went back to normal. See a professional. Talk to your doctor. OK? You could also visit a women health web site. There are plenty good ones.

Well you may actually have chlamidia.. which is an STD... good job... Get to a doctor and see what they say.. rather than asking strangers on the internet.
