What kinda unlock code is it asking for?
If its just a security code most service centers in your area should be able to read it with the RSS. If its a PUK code thats needed customer care can give that to you. 1-800-639-6111
They dont make the 205 anymore upgrade to the 265 and save yourself some time.

i been through that SAME problem when my Nokia phone got locked, so i know what you are going through. but sorry i only have Cingular. But why don't you just call your Nextel Customer Service # from another phone and ask them if they can give you a Universal Code for that phone. And if that doesn't work then they probably will have to send you a whole 'nother phone.
