You're supposed to do that if you move.

Look on line for the DMV information for your state if you are in the USA. here is a link. http://www.dmv.org/
If you are in Ontario you can go to any of the MTO kiosks in the malls around town or find the closest MTO office to your home or office. If you don't know where there is one go to this site & look it up.

if not in Ontario you can google the info for your city/province/state/country...ect..

I recently changed my address at one of those Kiosk here in Ontario it was quick & very easy.
