their clothes look exactly like other clothes that are cheaper but i think that people buy those brands because it simply has the name/logo on it. I like to shop at Hollister and A&F but it just simply is too expensive! (well A&F is the expensive one. Hollister I can deal with)

Sometimes they are, just depends on how good the quality is. Most of the time, in my opinion, the more expensive clothes is about the same quality as other clothes, just costs more because of the name. This Hollister and Abercrombie and Fitch are just fads now, and they'll pass. Just like many others who lasted a couple of years and now are not as popular. They'll start losing their popularity, then they'll drop in prices, just so the stores can make a sale. History repeats itself over and over again. I've seen people pay $150 for a pair of jeans, where as Levi's had the same quality for about $29. Best of luck to you.

They do have high quality outfits, I even have some outfits from Abercrombie that i've got had for years. i don't have confidence they are rather well worth the fee nonetheless; you may get an identical high quality for a low fee, and an excellent kind of cases, an identical kind, in different shops. Hollister has a tendency to have decrease costs- some issues easily are very low priced.

A lot of people buy the clothes for the brand but my honest opinion is that those clothing lines are TOO EXPENSIVE! Sure, I've bought things there before, I'm not going to lie, but I didn't buy it for the brand name or the logo. I bought it for the style and comfort. If another brand not as popular had made the same thing I'd buy that. I don't buy my clothes from popular stores. I usually go where the sales take me. As long as I'm comfortable that's all that matters. I don't care what anyone thinks of my clothes. I'm wearing them, no one else.

yes. The quality of the materials in the clothes are worth it. I Love Hollister but A&F is to expensive so I go to Abercrombie.

They are not worth it in any way, shape, or form, barring brand name recognition. The styles found in such stores are constantly imitated elsewhere, so it's not like they're offering you something exclusive, besides their name on it. They're not anymore convenient than other stores that offer the same products, and their merchandise is not necessarily of a higher quality than comparable items. While they are sometimes poorly imitated, it's more common to find the very same product carried by a slightly less recognizable brand. You are paying for a name, and some people are alright with that.

nope. because generally, A&F and Hollister are only targeted towards teenagers. who really WEARS abercrombie that often once they're in their late twenties?? classic brands are way better--im 16 and i enjoy shopping more at stores like guess, dkny, american eagle, forever 21, wetseal... plus if guess seems to make a hole in your wallet, shop at a guess factory outlet! or go to marshalls or tj maxx for something that still has quality but is sold at a much cheaper price!!

no they aren't worth it i love Aeropostale and American Eagle so much better. there clothing is so much cheaper and a better quality. what i don't get is that someone will pay $100 for ripped up jeans. i mean you can buy $20 jeans and rip them yourself. that is really a scam and the sad thing is that half of the teenage population buys into it.

this is my saying

If Abercrombie said that breathing wasn't cool half of the teenage population would be dead within a minute.

the clothes are made somewhat better and do last longer, you just need 2 make sure you try to buy most of it on sale or clearance. i have about half and half, because i got some of the jeans on sale for 10$ a piece or something, which is basically the same price as walmart.

i only shop at the clearance racks for a&f or hollister shirts (or any other "name brand" clothing). tshirts with the logo on usually don't phase out, so you can find popular styles at a low price.
