There is no such thing as evidence that something does not exist. There is only lack of evidence that it does exist. We have no evidence at all the ET does exist, although some people claim the ET does exist and then present ludicrously flawed evidence to back up that claim. It is possible that ET exists, we just have no evidence of that.

Trying to find evidence that something does NOT exist is hard to do. By the very nature that if you don't have proof of it's existence, the only thing you can try to dispute is a theory that tries to prove their existence.
However, if you are looking for a current debate on microbrial (bacteria) life that may have come from Mars, you can look up Allan Hills meteorite AH0004 which came from Mars and may contain evidence that they do exist. However those microbes are 10 times smaller than the smallest microbe we've seen on Earth, so it's not only debatable concerning it's origin, but also if life can be that small.

That proof isn't possible I'm afraid, but I do have proof that ET life can never visit Earth. Because of physics, nothing but light can travel the speed of light. Since there is no other life in our solar system, the only other planets able to support life are too far away to travel between. Therefore, we will never see aliens on our home planet. However, this also means that we can't disprove the existance of other life in the universe.

The same place you will find evidence that they do exist.
Personally, I am from the solar system Xenex. So, I can say we do exist.

I am a functional member of society, and thus, I don't believe that extra-terrestials that made hit movies in the 80's are real.
That's good enough for me.

You cannot prove a negative; how can you disprove something that is not currently in our observation?
