"Nemo Me Impune Lacessit" is usually associated with Scotland in general. It is also the motto of the Royal Scots, The Royal Scots Fusiliers, Black Watch (Royal Highlanders), The Highland Light Infantry (City of Glasgow Regiment), and the new Royal Regiment of Scotland.. Also, it's found of the Georgia $20 piece from 1778.
Basically it means nobody attacks me without punishment.

It is also the motto of the Most Ancient Order Of The Thistle and the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Society Of Great Britain. Apparently, its authorship is unknown.
