Probably drunk, why else would he evade the police for 14 hours?

He was sober. When hunting birds that rise up suddenly from the ground, the first rule is to know where other people are, and for them to let you know where they are. His friend had left, and then returned without letting Cheney know.

This is all on record, including the fact that all involved were interviewed by the local law enforcement.

Anything beyond this is malicious speculation based on some biased misconceptions about VP Cheney.

Why do so many people give answers when they don't know. The ones who say he was drunk are democrats and the ones saying he was sober are republicans. No thinking on either side, just giving uninformed party line answers.

Anyone asking questions about Dick Cheney must be stupid.

Probably drunk.

But in any case, if he hadn't dodged the draft 5 times during Vietnam, he might have learned how to point a gun.

No BS just facts. No toxicology was done on the VP's blood (just as in the case of Patrick Kennedy). He did admit to having a beer and witnesses backed him.

He was drunk, just like Teddy Kennedy was drunk when he let that poor girl drown in Chappaquidick.

Gee I don't know. I do know that Ted Kennedy's car has killed more people than Dick Cheney's gun.
