I can think of at least two....Jesus and God - both dont exist, so both cannot be sinners. Seeing as this is true, then it means that "sin" is a creation of man, and is not reality. Thus, I would have to say that everyone I know is not a sinner, as sin doesnt exist either. So, to answer your question, yes, I know many people who arent sinners.

Believing in good is for the stupid, or should I be more specific, for the fools that cannot lead themselves to make the best choices on a day to day basis. Not to "sin" would require assistance from an imaginary group of figures (God, Jesus, apostles, the whole bloody lie) born in the times where leaders of nations would use lies and deceptions to control the masses. How can one "sin"? To "sin" could be as simple as passing judgement on "sinners", correct?

I do not believe in the concept of sin, therefore, I am not a sinner. Am I perfect? No. Have I done things that I'm not proud of? Yes. But I do my best to be honest, and kind, and fair. That's about the best anyone can do. Who cares about this ridiculous concept of "sin" designed to keep you all down!

The only person in history who was not a sinner was Jesus Christ. It is a known fact that NO mere human can be totally sinless.

you are conceived of sin and you may not realize it but you sin all the time even if you dont realize it. like getting jelouse, swearing, not helping an old guy/woman get into a building, being selfish. anthing really pple just dont usually always notice when they sin.

Nope. We are all sinners saved by grace. All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God. I could go on and on.
