I calculated your body mass index. For 5' 1" and 125 lbs. you are at the top of the normal weight range. For 5' 1" and 135 lbs. you are on the bottom of the overweight range. So try to stay around 125, K?

Well, to be sure calculate your body mass index (BMI). This is your weight in kilograms divided by your height in meters squared. If what you get is greater than 25, it means you are overweight for your height. 5'1 is abt 1.53m while125lb equals 56.7kg so do the math, 56.7 divided by (1.53x1.53).

why do people insist that being 125 to 140 is fat? if you look normal and are healthy, then stop asking these questions.

I believe between 105lb and 135lb are within the healthy range for your height, ideally you'd want to stay at 130lb or less. (although it depends on your build and muscle).

Yes, that is a decent weight as long as you are exercising often. Muscle weighs more than fat, as I am sure you have heard a thousand times. So as long as its not mostly fat than it is perfectly fine.

short answer:
yes
long answer:
normal based on what? it depends...the "average weight/height" chart is highly inaccurate, being that body types vary across different ethnicities. some people have heavier bone structures genetically.
