The tests should come with complete instructions on when to start using them. When to start using them depends on how long your cycle length is...there is no one correct answer for this.

I am currently using Ovulation predictors. What you need to do is chart your cycle. If you have a 28 day cycle then you need to:

Count day one of your cycle as the first day of your period with red blood (typically heavier flow) not the pink stuff.
Then count out 12 days and start testing each day until your strips run out.
The instructions are in the box and are very easy to follow.

Make sure you are consistently testing the same time every day. and that you dont go to the bathroom 4 hours before you test.

I have used them, with no luck. However, I think it is more user error than anything! There are pretty specific instructions inside the box, make sure to follow them exactly.

yes they work and you need to use your first stick 12 days after the first day of your period. then test again 2 days later

Test everyday starting 7 days after your last period and you should catch your lh surge. I used them and I am now 13 weeks preggers.
