Not necessarily. If youre familiar with Sungai Wang shopping complex in Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur...go to the 3rd floor if my memory serves me well (??)...and look for a local pharmacy there. They should be more than willing to sell you what you need.
NOT to be taken when operating heavy machinery or driving!!
