in several recent speeches he has condemned North Korea for not listening to the rest of the world.... but he blew off the UN when it came time to invade Iraq.... hypocritical?? (I'm not condoning the North Koreans mind you).

clarification - Bush didn't ignore ALL of the world....but did ignore many nations who wanted him to wait for more proof of WMD before invading. He did say several times that we didn't need the support of the world...that we could act alone (almost alone.) But that is what he is criticizing in N. Korea now.

You have a very simplistic understanding of the start of the Iraq war. The "rest of the world" did not tell us not to go to Iraq, in fact many countries joined us (not just England).
