Ok you wanna make to Parker Bros. or somewhere big, you're gonna need an agent to represent you and your ideas. Get it pantented and shoot big. But, Parker Brothers and Hasbro to the best of my knowledge won't take just ideas by themselves. You'll have to get really serious and produce some working models. About cheaper game sompanies, yeah, you could probably just sell the idea but just like with anything else (bands & music, screenwriters & movies) ideas don't go so far unless you have something solid to show. Definately get the rights to his game and try. You never know!! Good Luck!!

You'll never get in at Parker Bros. They, like Hasbro, develop most of their games in house I believe.
Try this site. I'm not too familiar with it, but it looks like a good starting point. You are probably better off talking to small publishers, or even printing it independantly...it's not easy to get a game made.

You can try to contact the game companies like Mattel, to introduce your game. Or if you want to marketing your game, you can go copyright the game first and find some companies to produce the game and marketing.
